The PTFA is a Parent Teacher and Friends Association which works in partnership with St Mary Redcliffe Primary School in Bristol. We are a group of dedicated parents, carers and teachers who want to make a difference to the school and its pupils

We organise fundraising events and activities to help support the school with the resources it needs. We also organise various fun activities and events throughout the year to bring the community together and enjoy time with the children. 

There are many ways that you can get involved. You can help at events, either as a one off or as many as you can. This includes setting up and clearing up, should you not be able to be there for the whole event.

Don’t be put off by only being able to help once, we appreciate all help and there is no pressure for future events.

No! You can volunteer for one event if that is what you can help with. There is no pressure to help at future events.

There are many ways to become a member of the PTFA:

• Class Rep: As a class rep we would ask that you pass on important information via WhatsApp groups.
• Volunteer Member: As a volunteer member we would ask that you are involved in the running of events, when you are able to do so.
• Committee Member: As a committee member you would be involved in making decisions with the running of the PTFA, funding raising events, and how the money is spent. We ask that you are able to regularly attend PFTA meetings.

Yes, we accept uniform that is clean and in good condition. You can drop any uniform to the school office.
